Notarial activities
The notary provides legal services to:
1) Professional entities, including:
- developers
- limited liability companies,
- joint stock companies,
- simple joint stock companies,
2) Everyone who wants to use his services
The notary prepares for you primarily:
- notarial deeds, including the tenant’s statement based on the occasional lease agreement to submit to execution and commit to vacate and hand over the premises,
- protocols, including partners’ meeting protocols (limited liability companies), general meetings (shareholders of a joint-stock company or a simple joint-stock company),
- inheritance certificates,
- certifications,
- extracts, copies, and excerpts from documents,
- drafts of deeds, statements, and other documents,
- applications for registration in the land register,
- other actions resulting from separate regulations.
Also:
- Notary accepts money and documents for safekeeping,
- keep registers of shareholders of simple joint-stock companies and undertake related activities,
- undertake activities related to the succession management of a natural person’s enterprise and the temporary representative in the scope of the entrepreneur’s spouse’s participation in the enterprise.
Notary fees
For preparing a notarial act, the notary receives remuneration, the amount of which is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of June 28, 2004 on the maximum rates of notarial fees. Notary fee rates are increased by the tax on goods and services. Exact notarial costs are given individually based on the presented facts and legal status, collected documentation, as well as on the basis of the arrangements of the parties to the notarial act.
